Locked or frozen account
We can't see why, because this website has no view of any account. Ask AW9ACE customer service what happened and what they need. Tell them the truth too: AW9ACE's gift code rules say bots or cheats mean a ban and lost winnings. A person in a group offering a paid unlock is not going to help you.
Your login code is yours alone
A code can open your account. Nobody needs it except the AW9ACE login screen. Don't read it out on a call, paste it in a chat or type it on a forwarded page, however friendly the offer and whatever name the person uses.

Can I stay on guest login?
AW9ACE's lobby settings do list a guest login. Gift codes are another matter: their rules need a phone number and a bank account linked, so a guest session won't do for those.
My old number is gone. How do I get back in?
Ask AW9ACE customer service. If the app is still signed in on your phone, contact them from there, and sort it out before you need the account rather than on the day.
How do I log in on an iPhone?
AW9ACE is not on the App Store. iPhone users open the web version and use Add to Home Screen, then log in with the same number.
Someone sent me a login link in a chat. Is it fine?
Skip it. A copied screen can collect your number and your code. Anyone asking you to share a code is trying to get into your account.
