Disclaimer and terms of use

The main points

• We are a partner site. aw9ace.ind.in is run separately from AW9ACE. It is not AW9ACE's own website.
• We don't run the games or hold player money. No game, account, wallet, payment or KYC document is on this website. All of that is inside AW9ACE, under the terms and privacy policy it shows you.
• Our links carry an invite code. Download and sign-up links carry invite code GR64ZRN, and we may earn a commission when you use them.
• 18+ only. If you're under 18, don't use AW9ACE.
• Check the law before you play. You must find out whether real-money gaming is allowed where you live, including the law in your Indian state and India's central online gaming law.

The law in India

Two layers apply. Your state has its own rules, these differ a lot, and several states ban online gambling outright. Above that sits India's central online gaming law from 2025, which deals directly with real-money online games. Laws like this can be amended or tested in court.

We can't tell you if you may legally play today, and any summary, this one included, can go out of date. Checking the current rules is your job, and it comes before any recharge. If real-money play is banned where you live, do not use AW9ACE.

You can lose money

Every game on AW9ACE can cost you, whether that's Teen Patti, Aviator Pro, slots or a live table. The odds favour the house over time, and no bonus changes that. We give no tips, predictions or systems. Predictor apps, hack tools and paid signal groups can't see the next round, so keep clear of them.

Reading the offers on this site

• AW9ACE sets them. That covers the free spin, the ₹500 invite line and gift codes from ₹7 to ₹7,777. It can change, suspend or cancel a promotion without notice.
• Conditions come with them. A gift code needs a 1x wager before withdrawal, a linked phone number and bank account, and redeeming inside its valid period by the account owner.
• Earnings lines are advertising. "Earn daily ₹400,000" and "Over $1,000,000,000 distributed" are AW9ACE's words. We haven't verified them, and they promise you nothing.
• We leave gaps on purpose. Figures we couldn't confirm stay off the site, and the app is the place to look.
• Details carry dates. We read APK version 1.0.1 and size 31 MB from the file on 2026-11-05. If the app and this site disagree, go with the app and tell us at [email protected].

Not advice

Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice. Real-money gaming is paid entertainment. Don't treat it as an investment or a job.

Links that leave this site

Download and claim buttons go to AW9ACE's invite page. Others lead to AW9ACE's Telegram and WhatsApp channels, its own site, or the help services on our responsible gaming page. Those pages aren't ours, and we don't control what they say.

Names and trademarks

AW9ACE, AW9ACE.COM and the logo belong to their owner. So do PG Soft, JILI, JDB, Evolution, IPL and every other studio, game or league named here. We mention them only so you know what's being talked about.

Our liability

This website comes as it is, with no warranty. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for gaming losses, an offer that changes or ends, anything you decide based on these pages, or what happens on other sites. Playing, and how much you spend, is your call.

18+ AW9ACE is real-money gaming. It carries financial risk and won't give you an income. Use only money you can afford to lose. Get help or take a break.
