Problems with your AW9ACE account
All of these go to AW9ACE customer service inside the app. A few things to try or have ready first:
| Withdrawal stuck or missing | Go through the checks in our withdrawal guide, then message customer service. |
|---|---|
| Can't log in, or changed number | Our AW9ACE login page has the fixes. If you're still stuck, customer service will want proof the account is yours. |
| Recharge missing | Have a screenshot and the payment reference with you. |
| KYC or bank link refused | The details need to be yours and match your own name. Fix any mismatch, then ask. |
| Gift code rejected | Check that it's inside its valid period and that your phone and bank are linked. Then ask. |
| Looking for today's code | That one isn't a support question. AW9ACE posts codes on the Telegram and WhatsApp channels listed below, and the gift code steps show where to enter them. |
AW9ACE advertises 24/7 customer service, 365 days a year. It's the only team that can open your account, so emailing us about these just costs you time.
Emailing this website
[email protected] reaches the AW9ACE Game Editorial Team at this partner site, not AW9ACE. Write to us about:
- Mistakes on a page. A step, an offer or a number that doesn't match the app. Tell us which page.
- Scams using the AW9ACE name. Copied APKs, code sellers, "agents" asking for money. Show us what you saw so we can warn others.
- Press enquiries.
Leave out your OTP, bank details and KYC documents. We can't do anything with them and we don't want them.
We will never ask you for a login code, a password or a payment. If someone using the AW9ACE name wants money in a private chat to unlock an account, sell a code or free up a payout, don't pay.
