How to Check an AW9ACE APK Is Real: Size, Version and Hash

Four checks tell you if an AW9ACE APK is the real one: file name, exact size, version and SHA-256 hash. The hash settles it. If it matches, your file is byte for byte the one AW9ACE hosts, and if it differs by one character, it isn't. Here are the values we read on 5 November 2026, and how to run each check.

A new release changes all of this except the name and package. If your numbers differ, look at the latest version post first, in case AW9ACE has simply shipped an update since we checked.

Check 1: size, on the phone

Open your file manager, press and hold AW9ACE.apk and tap Details or Properties. You'll see about 31 MB. Some phones divide by 1,000 and show about 32.5 MB instead, and that's the same file. A 12 MB or 90 MB "AW9ACE APK" is not.

Check 2: version, after install

Go to Settings, then Apps, then AW9ACE. The version shows on that screen or under App details. It should read 1.0.1. Anyone promising a 2.x or 3.x build is offering something AW9ACE hasn't released.

Check 3: the hash

This is the only check a faker can't get around. Copy the APK to a computer and run one line in a terminal:

• Windows: certutil -hashfile AW9ACE.apk SHA256
• Mac: shasum -a 256 AW9ACE.apk
• Linux: sha256sum AW9ACE.apk

Then compare the result with the blocks above. No computer? Some Android file managers show a checksum in the file's details, and hash checker apps exist, though those are extra software you'd have to trust.

If something doesn't match

1. Don't open the app or log in with it.
2. Uninstall it, and delete the file from Downloads.
3. If you already logged in, change your password from the real app.
4. If you typed bank details, call your bank on the number printed on your card.
5. Get a clean copy through the button on our home page.

Why not just trust the download page?
